John Kevan Healy, MB BS Hons II, FRACP, a North Sydney Boys High School alumnus, studied medicine at Sydney University from 1951 to 1956, earning prizes in biochemistry and clinical medicine and serving as a Prosector in Anatomy.

Dr. John Kevan Healy contributions to medical research, particularly in the field of renal function and electrolyte transport, have been widely recognized and celebrated. Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions at leading hospitals and research institutions, including the Royal North Shore Hospital, St. Vincent's Hospital, and the LIONS Renal Research Laboratory in Brisbane.

Now retired, Dr. John Kevan Healy continues to be remembered for his dedication to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes. He enjoys spending his retirement with his wife Marilyn, grandchildren, and two beloved poodles.
